Rachael is an avid tennis player and took her tennis team to the National Championships in 2018. Don’t ask her how they fared – but boy did they have fun.
Rachael Barnard is the Client Services Manager in our Kihei, Hawaii office. In her role, she excels in delivering client care and operational support, continually striving to enhance the overall client service experience.
Before joining The Rand Group, Rachael served as the Development Director at Carden Academy of Maui, where she played a pivotal role in helping ensure the financial sustainability and success of the organization's programs and services.
Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She has been happily married to her soulmate for over 25 years and is a proud mother of two college students. In her free time, Rachael enjoys playing tennis, gardening, and camping.
