Client Service and Marketing Associate

Taylor Eggleston is the Client Service and Marketing Associate in our Newport Beach office. With a client-first focus and keen attention to detail, she leverages her diverse background in sales, marketing, and event planning to enhance the client experience.

Prior to joining The Rand Group, Taylor worked as a Channel Sales Consultant at Paychex, where she provided HR consultative services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Outside of work, she is an avid enthusiast of various hobbies, including wake surfing, exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, reading, spending time at the beach, and enjoying moments with friends and family.
